A little help - telnet

Anyone have a few moments to help me out and attempt to telnet into 
my server and send an email?

>  telnet kaiwi.com 25
>  HELO your_domain.com
>  MAIL FROM:<marc@xxxxxxxxx>
>  RCPT TO:< you@xxxxxxxxxxxx>
> DATA
> This is a test
