Dynamic Host - SMTP Message Filter Setup

Currently I have a dynamic host filter set up with:

relays.ordb.org OR
bl.spamcop.net

Can anyone suggest a better setup or have a list of other dynamic 
hosts I can use or add to this list?

I used to use a third one (can't remember the name) but I think that 
server is no longer in service.
