Closing the Open Relay

From a reading of the interface, you would think the following would 
be enough to close relaying to anyone but those with a username and 
password:

System Config>Restrict Mail Relaying>Restrict All Relay Mail

Trouble is, I you don't make sure that POP b/f SMTP is also turned 
on, you're an open relay.

It's niddling little things like this that bug me so much about PO.
