We are "messing" with the local.cf file.  We have a substantial 
number of "whitelist_from", "whitelist_to", "all_spam_to" entries and 
we're very happy with it.  Combined with Razor, it's a nice setup. 
So nice, in fact, we've added to the backup mail server as well.
