It sounds like it wants a postmaster account for each domain - so your
domain of practicalmatters.com doesn't have a postmaster@ account.

I would take your existing postmaster account and set it up to have
additional email addresses of postermaster@ for each domain you have.

I personally haven't done this, but I've never seen this error before,
either. But that's what I get from that error message anyway.
