My client is only using Post.Office as a SMTP mass mailer to send
out media and event alerts.
No one logs into it via a mail client app. They
send email addressed to the pertinent mailing list
which then gets distributed to the subscribers of
that list.
Once the message has been sent, the user need to login to PO via
the web url and go to that list and approve the message to be
sent.
We would like to get a subtotal of successful deliveries, in
comparison to the subtotal of failed deliveries and the total amount
of recipient to which the message was sent to.

NOTE: since PO logs

Dan, I think the logs may be more verbose than necessary, but I'm
not sure what you mean by errors that Tenon has yet to track down.
Most of the excessive error logging has to do with IMAP. IMAP
error codes in most cases are saying that a file cannot be found.
For example, if you exit a mail application before it reloads the mail
account or if you restart the mail server without logging out the mail
client, IMAP errors can be generated. These errors for the most part
can just be ignored. Is this what you're referring to?
There is also, I think, some general sloppiness in the logging.
But if you're not referring to either of these situations, please give
us more details.
