If you want to use multiple RBL's in one filter, below is a snapshot 
of my "old RBL_Filter" that consolidated several into (1) filter; 
this will provide the format.  However, relays.osirusoft.com  became 
defunct and SHOULD NOT BE USED (unless this has changed).

After tracking the performance, I realized that many of the RBL's in 
this "old filter" were not very good.  Now I use only (3): 
sbl.spamhaus.org, dnsbl.njabl.org, bl.spamcop.net -- I setup each in 
a separate filter for each where I can track their performance easier.

Note: If you use Spam_Assassin_filter you can exclude your RBL's, so 
SA catches what the RBL's miss.
