Your setup is the same except I only placed the whole range of IPs within my
lan.

My setup is as follows, this came from Tenon Systems when I first installed
and have never had the problem.

POP before SMTP is On

In the Restrict Mail Relaying (SMTP Relay Restriction) Form
Select ONLY the following:
*In General, restrict relay mail except as indicated below:
    X Allow relay from these IP addresses:
        192.168.1.0 (these are the ips within my private lan, which allows
delivery of email from the whole subnet)

Both and/or sections are all unchecked.  According to Sue, if they are
checked or additional domains are put in place, they are easily used by
spammers.

options:
Allow delivery to:
* No domain except those listed below:
    X Local Mail Domains
