1) It seems that incoming mail is not accepted and that the delivery system gets a time-out
Here's a excerpt for the return mail:
<info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx connect to mail.fixations-rivesud.com[54.94.xx.xxx]; Operation timed out.


        Reporting-MTA: dns; service.dnsart.com
        Final-Recipient: rfc822; info@ blahblah

2) Like it previously stated mail had been working ok for the last 8 months.
        I suspect either an OS upgrade or an iTool upgrade
        Cant however pin down the exact date service went out

3) Process Viewer confirms Post.Office operational
        ports on router are opened.
