Well, here is a short list of fact's:

POP before SMTP is ON
I have also selected:
        X  In general, restrict relay mail except as indicated below:
                X  Allow relay from these IP addresses:
                        127.0.0.1
        X  If relay mail is restricted as specified above, use the following
            delivery options:
                X  Allow delivery to:
                        X  No domain except those listed below:
                                X  Local Mail Domains

I need to relay from 127.0.0.1 otherwise Lasso running under iTools 
on the same server won't be able to send out any mail.

The result of the test that show that my server is open relay can be found at:

The test that they made was to send a message via my server from 
"root@xxxxxxxx" (scout.se is the servers main domain) to 
marvin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I also run the same test on tenon.com but that server is not an open 
relay so there must be something that makes all the difference. I'd 
just love to find out what...

At present my server is blocked from Swedens major Internet ISP and a 
few others and, well, that's not good.

Does anything come to mind?
