I had a similar problem, I was getting emails claiming that I have
open relay from seversl spam watchers. My domains were always set

I'm not sure but I'd be suspicious of allowing relay for 127.0.0.1.
Can't you "Restrict all relay mail" and Allow delivery to "No domain
except" "Local Mail Domains"?
127.0.0.1 is supposed to be non-routable: is there an exploit that spam
can use to make the server think it came from the local machine like
that? In any case, I'm not sure how he would get mail delivered at all
otherwise, if he didn't relay for himself.
But definitely, restrict delivery to local domains only.
