Where is Post.Office package (BUILD 721)?

I currently run Post.Office v3.5.3 release 720 but have seen things 
about a build 721 on this list.

Where can I download that package? I can't find that on the Tenon 
homepage, just the complete Post.Office server and there was no 
notice of what build that was.
Also, is there any click-here upgrade button in the Post.Office admin 
as there is in iTools?
What is the changes from 720 to 721?
What do I need to know and do when I upgrade?
