Nope, all is not fine.  Folks are trying to relay spam through your 
server, and either they're succeeding, or you're at least accepting 
the mail for delivery (if not actually delivering it).  Any number of 
things could be the issue, but definitely check the relay options on 
the P.O configuration page, and make sure it's set up securely.  The 
help docs and FAQ have good info on which options make you vulnerable 
to relaying spam.
