PO newbie

hi all,

we installed PO couple month ago, and all is fine except for:

+ the Admin Account (which are two: Mail Administrator and System
Administrator, but seems to be the same account) has 501,392kbytes of mail
inbox, but it is impossible to download the mails via POP or even
read/delete the folder via Terminal. What are all those mail? What shall I
do?

+ even if we are not using PO as SMTP I see many attempt from outside, and
Mail Queue is always full, is this ok?

+ folder /var/spool/post.office/messages/ is always full of messages, shall
I delete them periodically?

+ last, log file /var/spool/post.office/log/post.office is running like  a
train (we have 20 accounts), is this ok?
