Re: rbl filter setup with local domain exclusions screenshot needed
You do not need to exclude your local domains from RBL filters,
unless your local domains are "blacklisted". Since my domains are
not blacklisted, I don't exclude them in any of my RBL_filters --
thus don't have a snapshot. But if you wanted to do so for a
spamhaus_filter, the construction would be:
Discard: X Copy: X
Mail Addr: spamhaus@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Dyn.Host sbl.spamhaus.org AND
Src.Addr your_domain1.com NOT AND
Src.Addr your_domain2.com NOT AND
Src.Addr your_domain3.com NOT

Elton,
I've been using your screen shots of spam_assassin plug in setup and
RBL setups for SMTP filters but am having trouble excluding local
domains from my RBL filters. Would you mind sending a screen shot of
one (say your spamhaus rbl filter setup with local domain
exclusions)?
many thanks, I appreciate your having shared the results of all of
your testing with the list.
