We are having a unique problem here. I just set one of my employees up with a new PC. It came with Outlook 2003. Every thing seems to be working fine with one exception. When this person receives an email requesting a return receipt and she clicks yes, an error occurs between Outlook and the server. Unfortunately this error does not go away by rebooting Outlook or the PC. Every few minutes Outlook tries to send the return receipt and fails. Below is the error message showing up in Outlook. Please remember that this employee is able to send and receive emails. This error ONLY occurs when trying to send a return receipt.

Task 'mail.americanroamer.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC69) : '  The server responded: 550 Mail.local.americanroamer.com Mail Transactions between these Addresses Prohibited'
