There doesn't seem to be an MX record for your domain, memphissoundworks.com.  
That may have
something to do with it.  Even if it doesn't, you really should have an MX 
record.  Some
MTAs don't know enough to use an A record if there is no MX.

looking for some suggestions... emails are frequently bounced back to
me for this reason...

by a remote mail server."

what is it about my Post.Office settings that would be causing this?
