Hi Joe,

I am still hesitant. The issues you describe (the false positive viruses) make
me want to wait. I am also still kicking around the
idea of moving my mail server off to my new XServe behind the firewall. This
machine will be running OD so I can manage my
authentication and e-mail from the same db. I could do as you suggest and have
my existing PO system (which is also the gateway)
pre-process and forward mail as you discussed. This would also prevent me from
having to port map my mail server out from behind
the firewall. This is not a bad idea given that I could keep the SA and clamav
load on the gateway system which would then not be
running any pop3 or imap connections.

How do you set this up in PO to forward all mail to another server???

Dan
