help with filters

Hi all, here I am fighting with filters, and since I'm less than a newbie it
is always a headache for me, will you help me? should be easy

I have a filter intercepting all suspect attachment:

Body / Text = *,exe|,scr|,bin|,vba|,pif|,src*

where , = .

I'm having lots of "good but intercepted" emails that I have to correct and
resend manually, because PO does not recognize attachments, but consider the
message as a entire thing (Tenon do something!), so:

I want to add a line to exclude all messages to a specified email adrs, so I
think I'll add a

Header / To: = *myaddress*


first question:
which Op use? NOT? or NOT AND?

second question:
what if I'll need to add one more "Header / To:" field? which Op use in that
case

third q:
what if I'll need to intercept Subject parts too?
