I'd favor another different change in the SA module...
Post.Office should tell the SA module the name/user of the local
POP3/IMAP account name for each message. That way, the SA module could
pass on the username to spamd which can be configured to look up
personal SA settings in a MySQL database. That way, each user could
have their own SA settings and scores. Of course the header rewriting
stuff should be included as well.
