Better RBL's and/or Training SA

Does anyone have a good RBL suggestion (other than what listed below); 
I'm getting hammered with SPAM that SA, Clam and my RBL's are ignoring.

In 24 hours SA, ClamAv and my RBL's trapped this:

But 1,800 SPAM messages passed all filters; don't recall it ever being 
so bad.

Also, is there a step-by-step guide to train SA, from a Post.Office 
standpoint?
