Program Delivery and Archiving

Does anybody have a recommendation regarding a console app that can be used 
with Post.Office to create a web browsable archive of email messages from a 
mailing list?  I want to be able to provide mailing list members the option of 
reading past threads via the web.  This would be used in conjunction with the 
"Program Delivery" option:
    
"Program Delivery

Select this option to turn on delivery of incoming messages to external 
programs. Program Delivery allows the user to have incoming mail redirected to 
an "console app" (non-GUI) program. This program can be supplied by the user 
(although it must be copied into the "trusted" directory, e.g. 
/usr/local/post.office/trusted, by the UNIX system administrator).

The delivery program is invoked once for each incoming message, which is fed 
into the delivery program via STDIN. The delivery program runs in the security 
context of the UNIX user account specified in the Program Delivery section of 
the account management web form.

Program Deliveries require special security considerations and should not be 
enabled without referring to the Manual and ensuring the desired configuration 
has been set up. Program-Delivery capability is disabled by default during 
installations and upgrades."
