Can't send email to outside email addresses
I recently upgraded my Post.Office server from 3.6.3 v 103 to 3.6.3 v
105. Before the upgrade, everything was working fine. However, after the
upgrade nobody within my company can send emails outside of the network.
We can still receive all emails just fine. We can also send emails
within our company. The problem lies in trying to send emails to anyone
at a different domain. Anytime we try we get a 550 error stating that
relaying to that particular email address is forbidden.
Originally, our relaying settings restricted all relaying except from
our internal IP address range. We also had POP before SMTP turned on.
Now, the only way we can send emails outside of our domain is to allow
all relaying. Has anyone else experienced something like this? If so,
what was the solution?
