Re: Can't send email to outside email addresses

I noticed that we can once again send email if I set the relaying 
restrictions to only from internal IP addresses and /or Local Mail 
Domains. I also have it set to allow delivery only to Local Mail Domains.

I don't recall having Local Mail Domains allowed for relaying before. 
But this seems to be the only way we can now send email to outside 
addresses, short of no relaying restrictions. Should I still be safe 
from being used as a relay server and ending up on any RBL's?
