The file /private/var/spool/post.office/config/SMTP-Accept Contains the preferences for relaying.

This file also contains a list of all ip numbers and adresses, domains and usernames in the Mail blocking options.

This file was in my case about 200kb.

I deleted the file. Post office made a new one (16k) and everything worked.
I have at this moment only closed the relaying except for our own users.
And I can send mail now. All problems solved.

I think that this new version take a different "look" at this preference file and finds something wrong.

This makes for me end to several days of problems and trying to find what was wrong. Thanks to the mail from Jim, i was pointed to the solution.
