URGENT: same message delivered hundreds of times

Hi all

please help me with this, one of my user is receiving the very same message
hundreds of times, it arrives any 30 minutes circa.

now the same thing happens to me too! since 2 days I receive this message
any 30 min circa. It is an exact copy of the first message (which has a 6MB
attachment!).

I asked to the sender of the one I receive to check for his PC and his smtp
server, and all is normal.

What can I do?
