mailing list interface

Hi gang

I have been searching high and low to find a solution when I realized 
there is a great resource right under my nose...you guys!

Here's the problem:

WebTen, SIMS, and Macjordomo running on the same machine.  I want to put 
up a form for people to subscribe to a list on Macjordomo.  Macj checks 
the commands address on SIMS on the same machine.  WebTen's sendmail 
doesn't have a pop server to check, and even if it did, I still like 
using SIMS.

I have found numerous scripts which will take the command and send it, 
but it uses the internal sendmail and comes back with an error.

What are my solutions, which don't require me to put up another machine?  
Is there a script out there some of you may be using (free or cheap) I 
could implement?
