FMP5 Licencing...

I think there is some confusion over FMP5 licensing...

Case 1...If users on your server interact directly with FMP5, then you
require FMP inc.'s multi-user license.

Case 2...If users on your server interact with some middle-ware product then
you can ignore FMP inc.'s multi-user license...because you server is the
only user accessing FMP5. This is case with FMP4 it also applies to FMP5.

FMP inc. may not agree with case 2 but it would cost them a lot of time and
effort to disprove it in court and they certainly do not want to lose, that
would set a bad precedent...
