Ok, I have been trying to get the new script to work with 2.1.10, but I
have had no success. I have followed the instructions:
******** Instructions **********
8 January, 1999
Simple Main Log Roller for WebTen
Installation:
.. Place mainlogroller.sh in the 'support' folder.
.. Add an entry to the WebTen/tenon/etc/crontab file:
#Roll the WebTen access log every day at 1 AM
0 1 * * * root /usr/local/apache/support/mainlogroller.sh
.. Enable CRON in WebTen Preferences
.. Quit and restart WebTen application
************ End Instructions **************
And nothing seems to happen. In the Crontab file there are some examples
which I attempted to make work and they would email me, but that was all.
What am I missing? Is there more to these instructions?
