Purge Mail Dir's? FormMail temp fil error/Malformed?

Hello All,

I have been using FormMail.pl successfully for quite some time
with WebTen (reacll a post here on how to get FormMail to bcc a
year back?.. that was me). Just recently (after a year and a half
of happy, crash-free use), I have had some inconsistent
performance with FormMail.pl.

When I try to mail 2 or 3 paragraphs of text from a form via
formMail, sometimes the email simply does not get delivered.
Another weird occurrence is that when I try to mail several
paragraphs of text (more than just a few lines) sometimes I also
get an internal server error response in the browser.. And the
Webten error log shows the following:

'access to usr/local/etc/httpd/cgi-bin/FormMail.pl failed for [my
IP], reason: malformed header from script. Bad header=Out of disk
space for temp fil'

Can anyone give me some suggestions as far as why FormMail after
years of similar use.. suddenly 'misbehaves' in this fashion?
What and where is the 'temp fil' mentioned in the error above? Is
there a way to dump this temp fil area (assuming mine is somehow
full)?

Tenon Tech Support suggests 2 possibilities.. (after I mailed the
above to them)

1. WebTen mail directories are full of junk that has piled up
over time and WebTen's Storage file is full.

2. WebTen's Storage file is damaged.  Try repairing the Storage
file by dropping it on the 'Fast File First Aid' utility in the
Tenon folder/utilities.

Anyone know how to purge the mail directories as well as where they are
located? (such as /var/spool/mqueue/* temp files - (pulled from
machten sendmail manual))

Anyone know if using FastFileFirstAid purges the mail directories
or the Storage file itself? (as opposed to simply repairing bad
blocks and such..)
