You can run PrimeBase on MacOS. More info on their webpage:
http://www.primebase.com/
If speed is important, you should consider using PrimeBase or some other SQL
server on MacOS X Server. PrimeBase for MacOS cant match the speed of
PrimeBase for MacOS X Server.
