I got one in the same situation, having brought up a dialog about "Not
Enough Resources" or something like that during WebTEN startup. The only
option was "OK", and it never came out of "ipop3d" in the startup progress
dialog. The progress bar kept going, and I was able to switch out to the
finder, but the last time I went back to WT, it just stayed there. The
machine is running behind it... I can see the clock updating, and I can
exchange via TB2, but I can't switch out to the finder to restart.
Fortunately, I'm going up to the co-lo tonight to put in a G4 in place of my
Rev A iMac that I've had up there to test with.
Guess the next step is to look into the restart goodies that everyone is
using (or should be). I'll have to wait for a USB version of PowerKey Pro, I
assume.
