Dual TCP/IP stack question
Hi,
I have Webten 2.1.10 running on Tenon's IP stack using the built-in
Ethernet connector, and all other applications using the OT stack on
an additional Ethernet card of a PowerMac 9500.
Yesterday, I wanted (with Timbuktu) do something on the server, but
it would not let me in. I then saw that nothing on the OT-stack
seemed to work properly - I have SIMS (Stalker Internet Mail Server)
running there, it would not allow me to get/send anything. Eudora
said "connection failed".
I then went across the town to physically visit my server and
everything looked fine. I looked at the SIMS log and it showed an
error of -3159, if I remember correctly. Since I did not know what
else to do, I just re-started the Mac. After that I saw that SIMS was
working again, and I could also access Timbuktu from home again.
Anyone knows what was going on there?
Thanks, Christian.
