WebTen 3 Upgrade Problems

We are trying to upgrade from 2.1.10 to 3.0 and we are having some problems.

1) WT3 is slow. real slow. real real slow. since many say that it is fast,
we assume we have a config problem. We don't know what to look at. While we
felt that evern WT2.1.10 was slow on our machine, this is much much slower.

2) Admin is not accessable. We have tried to change the password on the
console (which always comes up empty, if that matters). Not matter what we
change the password to, the admin won't let us in. We have tried restarted,
but that has not helped.

Machine Specs:

Power Center 132
112MB RAM, VM = 113 MB RAM
300 Mhz G3 upgrade
Asante 100 Base-T Ethernet card
External, fairly fast hard drive with all the WT stuff on it.

WT is set to 30 MB of RAM and it eats about 75 MB once running. There is
usually 10 to 20 MB free.,
