Actually, I think WT grows its own heap and isn't really taking it from the
system heap, but I am not certain. We had 2.1.10 set to 30 MB as well and we
didn't have this kind of problem.

We really need a solution. WebTen performance has been degrading for a while
now and we had hopes that a clean install would take care of the problems.
It seems like the more virtual hosts we add, the slower the system gets.
