log formats, anyone?

hello.

My log format is currently set up as I believe it should be:

"%h %l %u %t \"%r\" %s %b \"%{Referer}i\" \"%{User-Agent}i\""

Webten is not logging the first hit, the index.html of any of my 
sites. So when a new session starts (from where I see a new IP) the 
first log line of that session is not index.html and does not show 
the site, if any, that refered it.

How can I fix this?
