Hi Bill,

We have something we'd like you to try to pinpoint the problem.

Can you go into WebTen and start the admin server in the menu in WebTen,
then open a browser and enter your IP address followed by :84,

ex (192.34.456.56:84)

and see if you can connect to the admin server that way?

Whether it works or not, can you please let me know what happens.
