Log Message Question

We see this in our webten error log frequently:

[Sun Jul 23 07:19:17 2000] access to
/usr/local/etc/httpd/WebSites/www.kudzukings.com/pi_admin.flx failed for
63.27.53.164, reason: DBM user Melinda Weinstein not found


The IP address and the user name are different each time. It also can have
any of the virtual hosts in place of www.kudzukings.com. What is this?
