Hi again,
        Fair enough, but if you are using only WebTen as a standard install
& don't require Quicktime, then you can safely switch it off. In the case I
previously described, it was the only way the guy was able to get a stable
setup. Quicktime doesn't seem to affect WebTen, but it played hell with my
evaluaton of Webstar. Switching it off helped, but didn't cure what ailed
it.
