Directory size limiting

Hi again,
        A quick question (no I haven't checked the manual for this as yet)
Does anyone know if I can limit the size of a directory that people can
upload to? A lot f the ISPs limit their users to a webspace of say 5 or
10MB, which I would like to limit some file directories. Thanks in advance.
