URGENT: not able to admin

I can't access the admin page of wt 3.0, the second user/password always
returns Access denied.

I checked the server and in the access log or error log I get this message:
"Display cahche log: Web configuration unavailable - possible file system
damage"

What to do?
The server is running for months, I had just a small problem: when quitting
WT the machine crashes but this was corrected using FFFA on the webten
storage file.
