I can't agree with your statements. So far, all questions I ever had have 
been fully answered by Tenon (especially by Erik - thank you), or even by 
members of the WebTen mailing list. 

I am using WebTen for quite some time now (I am still using the older 
version since I did not yet find the time to install the new one I 
purchased as an upgrade).
