Sovereignty Discussion (was: Re: Uniform Commercial Code)

Your questions are very worthy of discussion,
however I believe we're straying away from the
focus of the Tenon mailing lists, therfore if it
isn't about Tenon products, support or contracts
specifically, we should take it off the Machten and
Webten mailing lists. Since we'll be discussing
Sovereignty versus Citizenship, and Public Policy
versus Private Law this fork must exit Tenon's lists.
Let's take it into a Usenet Newsgroup, which would be 
a lot simpler for all of us, except anyone with no 
Usenet access, who can get there via the web using DejaNews.
