ok maybe i'm reading the question wrong, but you should set up a host on your 
DNS (not just domain) to point at the IP of your webten server, then in webten 
admin add it (host.domain.top) to your virtual hosts page.  your DNS settings 
on your server (in the tcp/ip control panel) should point at the DNS you have 
the host set up on.  webten should do everything after that, creating a 
host.domain.top folder in your WebSites folder.  we did this for our domains 
until we got an extra block of IPs.
