Sorry, but this is bizarre.  I'm coming in late on this email as I don't
have a lot of time to read this list.  But, I feel compelled to respond.

I've been using Tenon's products for a couple of years and I have had
absolutely no problem with their support or their products.  They've been
more than gracious in helping me with ANY issue I've had in the past.  No
matter how trivial related to Tenon or not.  They've answered questions for
me way outside the scope of their products.

I also must say this is a poor forum to bring your issues, no matter what
they may be.

Tenon- Please keep up the excellent work and I personally look forward to
working you in the years to come.
