Best Chat/Discussion Solution

Hi all,

what do you think is the best chat solution
to run with WebTen or WebStar or standalone
without any webserver - on Mac?

Features should include:

() Multiple Websites
() Multiple Chat Rooms
() Access Restrictions, Users, Groups
() (Full) Customizable Interface Design
() Cookie-free
() Secure, allow/deny TelNet
() Rel. inexpensive ;-)

I found BiapChat - it's cool.
I found Interaction - seems cooler.

Any idea?
