Yes, I had the line: <!--#config timefmt="%D"--> in there.

I've removed that, but it still seems to be showing today's date... though
not the current time, nor the time when I modified the footer, which was
just a couple minutes ago.

I don't want to modify the page I gave as an example, so look at the footer
of:
http://209.140.191.111/member/
Currently it's showing:
modified Friday, 05-Jan-2001 01:12:36 EST
while the old server <http://www.ascp.com/public/pr/> is showing 06/12/00 (I
can't remove the config timefmt from there since it's live).

I wonder what time it will show you.... The date did change before, but
currently the time is static. Could this have something to do with Squid?
Though I just did a "Flush Cache" on the server and nothing changed....
