Yes, it means that you will have a "more real chat-like" chat as an option
when designing a room, where new messages are appended to previous ones
without any refresh of the page. In addition you can still design rooms to
use automatic or manual refresh, as these modes might be better suited for
many communication needs (they seem to encourage more thoughtful
conversation, while streaming/push based chat are better for fast paced
conversations with short statements).

Interaction allows you to combine the different modes in the same room, so
that each individual visitor can choose whatever mode they prefer for the
conversation and whether they prefer the room with or without frames. This
makes the conversation widely accessible for different clients (included
legacy browsers and WebTV, which automatically get the non-frame version)
and facilitates that each participant experiences the conversation in their
preferred optimal way. All designed with templates and dialogs without any
programming or command tag scripting.
