Subject: Logging CGI Arguments?

Hi. I'm working on setting up Summary for usage log statistics. One handy
report it can produce is CGI arguments. It reports everything after a "?" in
a requested URL. <http://www.summary.net/manual/reports.html#details1>

However, when I look at my log, it is only logging up to and not including
the "?". For example, if I go to:
http://my.domain/cgi-bin/scripts/UBBscript/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&fo
rum=ASCP+Test+Forum&number=8&DaysPrune=45&LastLogin=

it is logged as:
GET http://my.domain/cgi-bin/scripts/UBBscript/forumdisplay.cgi HTTP/1.1

Is there a way to get it to log the rest?

P.S. I am using Squid, and I've uncommented the last line in its conf file
so it does Extended format logs....
