We have an issue now where customers get "No Messages" when they sign into
webmail but in fact there are emails waiting to be be downloaded.
Odd thing was customer said it was reading "No Messages" I signed into the
customer's account and it worked fine.
Were are using EIMS as the mail server. It's the primary domain on the EIMS
server.
Ideas?
It was working for them before?
What browser is the customer using? Maybe there is a caching issue.
Are they using a regular mail client to pop or imap the mail off the server.
